GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST
ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE (Schubring Bay)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has received a request from the
Muskego Corvette Club for permission to hold their annual
driving skill contest on Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Bay),
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommenclcd approval 01 i(.
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application
and further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived, and
a $200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest on
Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Bay) to the Muskego Corvette
Club on February 6, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 be
waived and a $200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup.
