ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE FOUNTAINWOOD
LOTS WITH 60-DAY CONTINGENCY
WHEREAS, on July 13, 1982, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego adopted Resolution W136-82, entitled, Authorizing
the Sale of City-Owned Property, and
WHEREAS, several city-owned lots in the Fountainwood Sub-
division were offered for sale (Lot 12 Block 15 and Lots
11 and 12, Block 16), and
WHEREAS, at the Finance Committee meeting held on November 3,
1982, Quality Craft Homes presented an offer to purchase
said lots with a 60-day contingency and a price of $2,500.00
per lot, subject to the approval of the city attorney, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
above offer be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby direct and authorize the City
Attorney to prepare and submit on behalf of the City of
Muskego a counter offer for the purchase of Lot 12,
wood Subdivision, with the 60 day contingency and a price
Block 15 and Lots 11 and 12, Block 16 of the Fountain-
of $2,500.00 per lot.
