ACCEPTING OFFER FOR EASEMENT NECESSARY FOR
SEWER HOOKUP (Demshar)
WHEREAS, sanitary sewers were installed in the Lake Denoon area
in 1978, and
WHEREAS, the Anthony Demshar property did not abut the sewer
main on Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, $1,793,90 was assessed against the Demshar property
for sewer service, and
WHEREAS, the city has now obtained permission to have the
Demshar property connected to the sewer system through an
easement on lands owned by Steven Schuler, and
WHEREAS, the easement is being granted for an amount of $1,250.00
with the funds to be taken from T1.F District. # 1 and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended the offer of $1,250.00
proposed by Mr. Schuler and his attorney be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
declares that it accepts the concept of such an offer and does
authorize the City Attorney to proceed to finalize such a trans-
action and complete the necessary paper work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for the above expenditure are
to be taken fromTIF District. X 1.
