DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, pursuant to Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes,
declares that the following weeds be termed noxious weeds within
the boundaries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin:
Canada Thistle Wild Radish
Perennial Sow Thistle White Cockle
Bull Thistle Yellow Rocket
Cockleburr Ragweed
Leafy Spurge English Charlock
Field Bindweed Goatbeard
Wild Mustard Indian Mustard
Poison Ivy
