AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PITNEY BOWES
POSTAGE METER MAILING MACHINE
0 WHEREAS the amount of outgoing mail has increased to the degree
that it is no longer economically feasible to purchase stamped
envelopes, and
WHEREAS the Pitney Bowes postage meter mailing machine can be
purchase for a sum not to exceed $475.00, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee feels that in the interest of
economy and efficiency it would be beneficial to the city to
own such a machine,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the purchase of a Pitney Bowes postage
,mete.r mailing machine at a cost not to exceed $475.00.
