APPROVAL OF SUBMITTAL OF WORKABLE PROGRAM TO
ESTABLISH ELEGIBILITY FOR FEDERAL
RENEWAL AID
a WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has engaged
the firm of Max Anderson Associates to prepare the necessary
application to establish eligibility for aids involving urban
renewal projects and open space land grants for the City of
1 Muskego, and
a
WHEREAS Mr. Anderson has prepared the necessary document referred
to as A Workable Program for Community Improvement, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Common Council approve the
workable program prior to its submittal to the federal government
for acceptance ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve A Workable Program for Community
Improvement as developed by Max Anderson Associates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this program be submitted to the
Housing and Home Finance Agency with a request that the City of
Muskego be declared eligible to receive federal aids for the
purpose of urban r.enewa1 and open space land grants.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the necessary documents needed to complete the applic-
ation.
