GRANTING THE WISCONSIN ELEBTRIC POWER COMPANY
TO RELOCATE ELECTRIC POLES TO ACCOMMODATE
THE WIDENING AND PAVING OF C.T.H. "Y"
a WHEREAS the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has requested
permission to relocate electric poles along Racine Avenue
from S.T.H. 24 to the Racine County Line for the purpose
of accommodating the widening and paving of said highway, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended approval
of such project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego does
hereby authorize the Wisconsin El6ctric Power Company to
relocate electric poles as shown on their submittal M) 73562
for the purpose of accommodating the widening and paving
of C.T.H. ''Y' from S.T.H. 24 to the Racine County Line.
