GRANTING A SEWER EASEMENT TO LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4 E 5
OF BLOCK 16, JEWEL CREST SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS the owners of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 E 5, Block 16, Jewel Crest
Subdivision, are in need of additional area for the construction
of a private sewage disposal system for existing buildings, and
WHEREAS, their present disposal systems were constructed many
years ago using lands owned by the City and have been inadequate and,
WHEREAS their entire plumbing system would require rebuilding if they
were forced to use their own lands for sewage disposal purposes and,
WHEREAS the above owners have requested a sewer easement from the
City of Muskego on lands owned by the City and called Crest Drive
for the purpose of rebuilding their sewage disposal systems and,
WHEREAS the Public Welfare Committee of the City of Muskego has
recommended that this request be granted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to the owners of Lots 1, 2, 3 , 4 E 5,
