URGING THAT HALLOWEEN HANDOUT ACTIVITIES
BE HELD ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON, OCTOBER
3lST, 1966, FROM 2:OO - 5:OO P.M.
WHEREAS it is apparent that the majority of parents in the
Muskego area desire to practice Halloween handout on Sunday,
October 31st, and
WHEREAS this interest appears to have eminated from concern
over the safety of the children of the City and the possible
accidents and dangers during the evening hours,
THE3EFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego wishes to urge those parents who wish-to have their
children participate in the Halloween Handout activity make
an effort to conduct this activity on Sunday afternoon, October 31, 1966, between the hours of 2:OO to 5:OO P.M.
