AUTtIORIZATION TO PURCHASE TRACTOR
AND MOWER
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee of the Common Council has
determined that the Highway Department is in need of a new
tractor and mower, and
WHEREAS Bosch Hardware and Implement Company has offered a #424 demonstrator tractor with a #211 rotary cutter and a #I10
side-mounted 6’ mower at a cost of $3,485.00, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the City
purchase the above equipment,
‘DiEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee
to purchase a #424 demonstrator tractor with a #211 rotary
cutter and a #I10 side-mounted 6’ mower at a cost not to ex-
ceed $3,485.00.
