REJECTING THE OFFER TO PURCHASE A PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY IN KINGSTON'S
SUBDIVISION
b WHEREAS Mr. and Mrs. James Juel have offered to purchase a
public right-of-way located between Lots #20 and #21 in
Kingston's Subdivision for the sum' 0f-~$6,000.00, and
WHEREAS the Public Welfare Committee has determined that
it would not be in the'.publlc.lnterest to sell said right- of -way,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby reject the offer presented by Mr. and
Mrs. James Juel to purchase an existing public right-of-way
between Lots #20 and #21 in Kingston's Subdivision.
