ACCEPTANCE OF RELOCATED CROWBAR ROAD AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF
CONSTRUCTION COSTS
e WHEREAS Resolution #97 authorized the Public Works Committee
reconstruction of Crowbar Road at a cost of $11,500.00, and
to enter into an agreement with Payne & Dolan to permit the
WHEREAS the reconstruction and relocation has been completed
to the satisfaction of the Public Works Committee, and
WEIEREAS Payne and Dolan has requested an additional $1,378.50
to cover additional work not covered by the agreement between
WHERE@
themselves and the City, and
WHERMS the Public Works Committee has recommended that this
additional amount be paid since the total cost of $12,878.50
represents a considerable savings to the City had they done
the work themselves,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the relocated and newly constructed
Crowbar Road and does authorize the payment of $12,878.50 to
Payne & Dolan to cover the entire costs of the reconstruction.
