AFFIRNING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLAN COMMISSION
TO REZONE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN SECTION 4
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended that certain
lands of approximately l4i acres in Section 4 be rezoned from
B-1 and RS-2 to B-2, and
TEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission to yezone certain parcels of land. of approximately 145 acres in Section 4 from B-1 and RS-2 to B-2.
BE IT FURTHZR RESOLVEIj that the City Attorney is directed to
draft the necessary implementing ordinance.
