GRANTING HALES CORNERS SAND AND GRAIEL
PERMIT TO QUARRY GRAVEL
WEERIGIS Hales Corner 8 Sand and Gravel Company has:requested
a permit to quarry gravel on certain lands ow& by them in
the NE$ Section 12, and
WHEREAS the City is in receipt of a $3O,OOO.OO bond to guarantee
completion of the proposed restoration plan, and
permit be granted for the year 1966-67, to expire June 17, WHEREAS the Muskego Plan Commission has recommended that a
1967.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commor! CoEncil of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant to Hales Corners Sand and Gravel
Company a permit to continue their extractive operations in NE$ Section 12 for the year of 1966-67, such pmit to expire
June 17, 1967.
