RESOLUTION #P.C. 085-2008
APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE MARK CARTWRIGHT PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ AND SE ¼ OF SECTION 25 IN THE TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On September 22, 2008 a Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division (three
lots and one outlot) was submitted by Mark Cartwright for a property located in the NE ¼ and SE
¼ of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego being that
the parcel is lower in elevation than the adjoining Muskego properties and drainage easements
are being established by the CSM to preserve the drainage patterns through this property as the
water flows to the west, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a four (4) lot land division submitted by Mark Cartwright for a
property located in the NE ¼ and SE ¼ of Section 25, Town of Vernon, and recommends the
same to the Common Council.
