AUTEIORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ACTION
AGAINST ADAM IGNASIAK
WHEREAS the Dumping Permit of Adam Ignasiak has been revoked
by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS the Building Inspector has given an Order to remove
or cover garbage and debris that is existing on his property
and
WHEREAS Mr. Ignesiak has failed to abide by the Order of
the Building Inspector and the Welfare Committee has therefore
determined that legal action is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney to take
whatever action he feels is necessary to compel Adam Ignasiak
to remove the existing piles of garbage and trash on his
property.
