DOLAN TO OPERATE AN ASPHALT PLANT IN THE
GRANTING A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO PAYNE &
CITY OF MUSKEGO
a WEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has requested permission to
operate an asphalt plant in the City of Muskego on the
premises presently be mined by State Sand and Gravel, and
WHEREAS the requeat has been made for the purpose of
supplying asphalt for the reconstruction of C.T.H. "F" , and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended that the
permit be granted for a period not to exceed September 30th,
1966.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to Payne & Dolan, Inc., a permit to operate an asphalt plant on the premises
presently be mined by State Sand & Gravel, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit shall expire on
the 30th day of September, 1966.
