APPROVAL OF AN EXTFIACTIVE OPERATION PERMIT
TO STATE SAND AND GRAVEL, INC.
WHEREAS State Sand and Gravel, Inc. has applied for a
renewal of their Extractive Operation Permit and,
WHEREAS the City Plan Cammission has reviewed the restor-
ation plan and has determined that it is being followed as originally presented and have therefore recommended
that the Common Council grant the permit,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Inc. a permit for extractive operations to expire July 2,
City of Muskego does hereby grant to State Sand and Gravel,
