APPROVAL OF QUIT CLAIM DEED TO TIIE WAUKESHA
RACINE AVEMJE
COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMISSION FOR PROJECT s0355(2)
WHEREAS the Waukesha County Highway Commission will be
reconstructing Racine Avenue from Highway 24 south to the
County Line, such project being known as S0355(2)
WHEREAS said project requires that .02 acres be conveyed
by Quit Claim Deed to Waukesha County, and
WHEXAS they have offered the sum of $420.00 for this area
and a limited highway easement, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has reviewed the offer and
feels that it is adequate,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer by the Waukesha County
Highway Commission of $420.00 for .02 acres,more or less, and
a limited highway easement for construction purposes,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute the Quit Claim Deed as submitted by
the Waukesha County Highway Commission. a
