A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT
SALES TAX PRIOR To ISSUANCE OF CLASSI'A" AND CLASS "B" INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE
LICENSES
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
welfare that all persons holding a Class "A" Intoxicating
determined that It is for the public good, health and
Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license or a Class "B'
Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license
should pay the sales tax which may be due the State of
Wisconsin;
NOW, TEIEREF'ORE BE IT FIESOLVED that no Class ''A" or Class "B" Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage license
shall be issued to any person who is delinquent In paying
the State of Wisconsin sales tax until said delinquent
arrearage Is paid as certified to by the Department of
Taxation of the Sate of Wisconsin.
