APPROVAL OF THE AQREEMENT BEWEEN COMPUTER
ACCOUNTINO SERVICE AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO

1) Accounting Service in the preparation of a monthly bookkeeping
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has used the service of Computer
report, and
WREAS such report has also Included a statement of revenues
and expenditures showing not only a monthly report but also a
year to date report, and
WHEREAS such report has provided the City with excellent control
of all the expenditures and receipts, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that an Agreement
with Computer Accounting Service be renewed for the year 1966 at
the same rate as had been agreed upon in 196.5, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has approved the proposed Agreement,

IZIEFfEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor anU City Clerk to execute
an Agreement between the City of Muskego and Computer Accounting
Service to provide a monthly bookkeeping report to the City at a
cost of $100.00 per month plus an additional fee of $2.50 for
each page of each report which exceeds 30 pages.
BE IT FURIZIER RESOLVED that said Agreement shall expire on the 31st day of December, 1966.
