APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE MICHAEL MALCHINE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 14
IN THE TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On July 14, 2008 a Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division was submitted
by Pete Bailey for a property located in the SW ¼ of Section 14, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego being that
the land division is located 2.9 miles south of the City boundary, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a one (1) lot land division submitted by Pete Bailey for a property
located in the SW ¼ of Section 14, Town of Norway, and recommends the same to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That two City certificates are required on the CSM, one being the
Common Council Certificate with signature spaces for John R. Johnson, Mayor and Janice Moyer,
Clerk/Treasurer, and the other being the Plan Commission Certificate with signature spaces for
John R. Johnson, Chairman, and Kellie McMullen, Secretary.
