BE IT RESOLVED that Community Newspapers, Inc., publishor
of "!The Hub" having submitted the lowest bid for official\
publication, said bid is accepted, and "The Hub" is des-
iganted as the official paper of the City, upon filing of '
an affidavit of compliance of requirements as required by ,
law.
