DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
WITHIN THTi BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
0 WHEREAS Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious and,
WHEREAS Section 9420 provides that the Common Council,
by resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Statutes declares that the following weeds be termed
City of Muskego, pursuant to Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin
noxious weeds within the boundaries of the City of Wskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin
Canada Thistle
Bull Thistle
Perrenial Sow Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
Wild Mustard
Wild Radish
Quack or Quitchgrass
White Cockle
Velvet Weed
