SETTING OF DATE FOR REZONING IN SECTION 3
WHEREAS Mr. Forrest Perkins has petitioned for a zoning
change in the NW$ Section 3 from RS-2 to B-1 and from
RS-2 to RSM,
WHEREAS a 30-day notice of such hearing must be published,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego shall hold a hearing at 7:30 P.M. on
June 7, 1966, for the purpose of hearing the request to
rezone a portion of land in the NWa of Section 3 from
RS-2 to B-1 and from RS-2 to RSM.
