DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL LOT
WHEREAS Mr. Robert LeMaster, owner of Lot 4 Block 6,
Muskego Shores Subdivision, has petitioned the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to determine the legal
division Control Ordinance,
status of the lot pursuant to Section 10 of the Sub-
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has,
after review of percolation tests, has recommended to
the Common Council that said lot be declared a legal
lot,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby acc,ept the recommendation
of the Plan Commission and declare that Lot 4 Block 6,
Muskego Shores Subdivision, is a legal lot.
BE IT FVRTRER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector is
hereby granted permission to issue a Building Permit
to the owner of said lot subject to compliance with all
other ordinances of the City of Muskego.
