ACCEPTANCE OF THE FEDERAL GRANT-IN-AID
FOR WASTE TREATMENT FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has applied for a grant-in-
aids to help defray the cost in the construction of waste
treatment facilities and
MTiEREAS, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare
has tendered an offer of a Federal grant in the amount
of $49,380.00 and
WHEREAS a Resolution by the Common Council authorizing
is required , the Mayor to accept the grant in the name of the City
!IREREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
grant-in-aid in the amount of 49,380.00 from the
the City of Muskego does hereb accept the Federal
Department of Health, Education and Welfare for the
purpose of constructing a stabilization pond.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
Education and Welfare Department in the name of the
