JURISDICTIONAL OFFER TO WALTER & DOROTHY
VESBACH FOR ACCESS ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the Jurisdictional Offer to Walter
Vesbach and Dorothy Vesbach for that land described In
the relocation order of this Council dated August 24, 1965, and in the amount of $250.00 be approved.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the offer on behalf
of the City and the cause the same to be served on the
landowners.
