JURISDICTIONAL OFFER TO WALTER AND
DOROTHY VESBACH FOR 21.3 ACRES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Jurisdictional Offer to Walter
amount of $9,950.00 be approved. Vesbach and Dnrothy Vesbach for 21.3 acres in the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he hereby
is authorized and directed to execute the offer on
behalf of the City and cause the same to be served on
the landowners.
