APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS BY MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
BE IT RESOLVED, I, John R. Johnson, Mayor of the City of Muskego, do hereby appoint to the
Common Council of said City, the following named persons to be election officials and/or special

Reappointment of election officials and special voting deputies.

Background Information:
Election officials are the individuals who work at the polling places on election
day. Special voting deputies are the individuals who go to the nursing care
facilities in the City in advance of election day to allow them to vote.
Key Issues for Consideration (Maximum of 5):
1. State law requires that election officials and special voting deputies be
appointed in December of odd numbered years for a two year term by the
Mayor with confirmation by the Common Council.
Recommendation for Action by Committee and/or Council: Approve the
appointments.
