RESOLUTION #P.C. 091-2008
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO VACATE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON BRIDGEWAY COURT AND PART OF COMMECE DRIVE LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 3
WHEREAS, A request to vacate a street right-of-way was initiated by Bill Carity for property located in the NE ¼ of Section 3, and
WHEREAS, Said right-of-way is for Bridgeway Court and part of Commerce Drive in the new Muskego Commerce Center West, and
WHEREAS, Said vacation will make room for more developable area, grading modifications, and stormwater management areas, and
WHEREAS, A future CSM will be coming to Planning Commission in the next months that makes the southernmost lot in this Commerce Center a larger developable area as a result of this
vacation, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee will be reviewing this at their December 2008 meeting and initial comments from the Planning and Engineering Departments do not see any problems
with the requested vacation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council the vacation of dedicated right-of-way for Bridgeway Court and part of Commerce Drive in the new
Muskego Commerce Center West, as depicted in the attached exhibits.
