RESOLUTION #217-2007
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF AND CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE
STEPS NECESSARY TO ORDER RAZING OR REPAIR OF STRUCTURE
LOCATED AT S98 W12742 LOOMIS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has received numerous complaints regarding the condition
of the structure located at S98 W12742 Loomis Road, City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has issued citations to the owner of said
property, Clarence Wagner, for violations of Ordinance 19.07 (House in need of
repair) and Ordinance 10.02 (Public Nuisance); and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Municipal Court has adjudged the owner of said
property guilty of said violations based upon the condition of the structure; and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has determined, by physical inspection, the
structure to be so dilapidated and out of repair so as to be dangerous, unsafe,
unsanitary and unfit for human habitation.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney and Building Inspection
Department to take the steps necessary to order the razing and/or repair of the
dilapidated structure located on said property, including seeking a Circuit Court
order requiring razing of the structure, if necessary.
