COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #197-2007 RESOLUTION COMBINING WARDS FOR ELECTION PURPOSES WHEREAS, Section 5.15 (6) (b) of the Wisconsin Statutes provides that a municipality having a population of less than 35,000 may combine by resolution, two or more of the wards for voting purposes to facilitate using a common polling place and returns shall be maintained only for each group of combined wards, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has a population of less than 35,000 and has been divided into 17 wards for election purposes pursuant to Resolution #155-2001 passed and adopted on August 14, 2001. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego that wards in the City of Muskego shall be combined by aldermanic district in the following manner for elections. The City was located in Supervisory Districts 31, 32, and 33. The new Supervisory Districts are 22 and 23. This resolution formally states the wards that are located the new Supervisory Districts.
