PCR2008081 ./PCR2008081_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 081-2008 Print 104 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 081-2008 RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL TO REZONE A PORTION OF A PROPERTY FROM RSE SUBURBAN ESTATE DISRICT TO I-1 GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 13 (TAX KEY NO. 2209.999 / NORTH CAPE ROAD) WHEREAS, A petition for rezoning was submitted by the Muskego-Norway School District to rezone a property from RSE Suburban Estate District to I-1Government and Institutional District to allow for future school uses, and   WHEREAS, A public hearing is scheduled before the Common Council on September 23rd, 2008, and WHEREAS, The request for the rezoning is for a future school use and no timeframe for an actual building of a school is set forth in the proposal, and   WHEREAS, Public sewer and water will serve the property as part of a future use, and   WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts the property for Low Density Residential supporting residential uses and a 2010 Plan Amendment is required to go to Government and Institutional uses. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of a property from RSE Suburban Estate District to I-1Government and Institutional District, as submitted by the Muskego-Norway School District.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval for the 2010 amendment from Low-Density Residential to Government and Institutional uses is part of this resolution.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any future commercial use on the property will require a Building, Site, and Operation Plan approval in front of the City’s Planning Commission.   Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted:   October 7, 2008 Defeated:   Deferred: Introduced: October 7, 2008 ATTEST: Kellie McMullen, Recording Secretary
