RESOLUTION #180-2007
RECOGNITION OF 25 YEARS OF SERVICE
LAURA L. MECHA
WHEREAS, LAURA L. MECHA began her employment with the City of Muskego
on October 5,1982 as the Voter Registration Clerk; and
WHEREAS, In 1984, in addition to her duties as the Voter Registration Clerk,
LAURA also served as the Assessor's Aide and Deputy Treasurer while working
part time; and
WHEREAS, In January of 1985, LAURA began working full timð as the Assessor's
Aide to Paul De Angelis; and
WHEREAS, In April, 1992 LAURA was elected as City Assessor and continued to
successfully run for that office until she was appointed to the position in May of
1998; and
WHEREAS, LAURA is a dedicated member of the South .Eastern Wisconsin
Assessor's Association and has served that organization as SecretarylTreasurer,
Vice-President and President.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby recognize and appreciate the 25 years of dedicated and
professional service providðd by LAURA. L MECHA to the City of Muskego and
its residents.
