COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #178-2007
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF OPTICAL SCAN INSIGHT TABULATOR
FOR THE PROCESSING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the purchase of
the Optical Scan Insight Tabulator from Command Central for the processing of
absentee ballots at a central location to begin in 2008; and
WHEREAS, The cost of the tabulator is $5,100 with the money to be taken from the
2007 Capital Equipment Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchase of the Optical Scan Insight Tabulator at a cost of $5,100 with the money
to be taken from the 2007 Capital Equipment Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That said purchase is subject to the passage and
publication of Ordinance #1264.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to execute
the necessary documentation to finalize the proposed purchase from Command
Central.
