RESOLUTION #164-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
Lindale Villas Condominium Project
WHEREAS, City Engineers R. A. Smith & Associates, Inc. have submitted a request for
a letter of credit reduction for the Lindale Villas Condominium Project in the amount of
$50,300; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for the
Lindale Villas Condominium Project be reduced by $50,300.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for the Lindale Villas Condominium Project in the amount
of $50,300.
