COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #156-2007 APPROVAL OF SEVEN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP L & T Development, LLC - Town of Waterford WHEREAS, Seven separate certified survey maps were submitted on July 23, 2007 to finalize one-lot land divisions of the L & T Development, LLC property located on S.T.H. 164 and North Lake Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford; and WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 085-2007 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the seven certified survey maps to finalize one-lot land divisions of the L & T Development, LLC property located on S.T.H. 164 and North Lake Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 085-2007.
