RESOLUTION #154-2007
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Foxwater Bay Subdivision
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on July 6, 2007 for the Foxwater Bay
Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #153-2007 on August 14,
2007; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 081-
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for the Foxwater Bay Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
