RESOLUTION #153-2007
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Foxwater Bay Subdivision
Town of Wateñord
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for the Foxwater Bay Subdivision, consisting of 29
residential lots and four outlots, in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford
was submitted on July 6, 2007; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat
through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 080-2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for the Foxwater Bay Subdivision located in the NW 1/4 of Section 12
in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
