RESOLUTION #145-2007
APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE FOR SKATEBOARD PARK FENCING
AT MOORLAND PARK
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board has recommended the installation of a
12' chain link fence around the skateboard area at Moorland Park; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposal submitted by Century
Fence for installation of a 12' chain link fence at Moorland Park with a cost of $13,894
for material and labor and has recommended acceptance to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the expenditure of $13,894 for the installation of a 12' chain link fence at Moorland Park
with the money to be taken from the Park Dedication Account.
