RESOLUTION #132-2007
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR OVERSIZING
(Boxhorn Reserve, Big Muskego Estates II and Woodland Creek)
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended approval of the following
oversizing reimbursements:
Boxhorn Reserve Subdivision
Big Muskego Estates II Subdivision
Woodland Creek Subdivision
$ 20,622.88
$ 21,626.75
$136,735.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the reimbursements and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the oversizing reimbursements as stated above.
