RESOLUTION #131-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
Copper Oaks
WHEREAS, City Engineers Ruekert & Mielke have submitted a request for a letter of
credit reduction for Copper Oaks in the amount of $31 ,200; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for
Copper Oaks be reduced by $31,200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for Copper Oaks in the amount of $31,200.
