COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #120-2007
APPROVAL OF 2007 CAPITAL BUDGET PURCHASES
TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The approved 2007 Capital Budget included the following projects for the
Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department:
Replacement Generators for Stations #1 and #2
Knox Box Key Holders
$22,000
$12,000
($11,000 each)
WHEREAS, During discussion regarding the 2007 Capital Budget, the Committee of
the Whole determined that all expenditures in the Fire Department budgets were not
authorized as actual expenditures; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed purchases of the
equipment listed above and has recommended approval to the Common Council with
payment not to exceed the amounts reflected in the 2007 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, Payment for the equipment purchased by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department will be based on the actual cost as supported by invoices submitted to the
City not to exceed the amounts in the 2007 Capital Budget as stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchases of the equipment listed above, not to exceed the amounts reflected in
the 2007 Capital Budget, based on the actual costs as supported by invoices submitted
by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
