APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF 5-YARD PATROL TRUCK
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, The approved 2007 operating budget included the purchase of a 5-Yard
Patrol Truck for the Department of Public Works at a cost of $120,000 to replace an
existing vehicle; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Superintendent has submitted a request for the
purchase of a 5-Yard Patrol Truck as follows:

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed purchase and has
recommended approval.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the purchase of a 2007 5-Yard Patrol Truck for the Public Works Department.
