RESOLUTION #110-2007
AWARD OF BID
2007 Road Improvement Program
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2007 Road Improvement program and
the following bids were received:

Wolf Paving & Co. $448,236.55 $13,177.50 $5,947.05
Payne & Dolan, Inc. $456,834.50 $13,410.00 $6,261.00
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee, Finance Committee and City Engineer have
reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Wolf Paving & Co. in
the amounts of $448,236.55, $13,177.50 and $5,947.05 be accepted for the 2007 Road
Improvement program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of Wolf Paving & Co. in the total amount of
$467,361.10 for the 2007 Road Improvement program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineer.
