WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the publication of City of Muskego Official
Notices; and
WHEREAS, A bid was received from Community Newspapers as follows:

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the Muskego NOW be
designated as the Official City Newspaper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
bid of Community Newspapers and that the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to notify
Community Newspapers of their appointment.
