APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ACCESS
AND GROUNDWATER MONITORING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
MUSKEGO SITE GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION GROUP
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
approve the attached Second Amendment to Agreement for Access and Groundwater
Monitoring Dated August 11, 2004 to add additional well monitoring sites.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Second Amendment in the name of the City.

SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
ACCESS AND GROUNDWATER MONITORING
DATED AUGUST 11, 2004
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MUSKEGO, a Wisconsin Corporation, hereinafter referred to
as "City", and MUSKEGO SITE GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION GROUP, Consisting
of the A.W. Holding Corp, Blackhawk leather, llC, rSPAT Inrand Mortgage Acceptance
Company, Transportation Technologies industries, inc., Cudahy Tanning Company,
Inc., General Electric Company, Utton Systems, Inc., PPG Industries, Inc. and Waste
Management of Wisconsin, rnc., hereinafter referred to as "MSGRGu, wish to add
additional well monitoring sites to those covered by the original Agreement and prior
Amendment to said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The well sites described on Exhibit MW 10/10A, Exhibit MW 11A, Exhibit MW 14,
Exhibit MW 15 and Exhibit MN 17 attached hereto and made a part hereof are
added to the well sites referred to in the original Agreement and prior
Amendment to said Agreement and is sUbject to the same terms and conditions
of the original Agreement.
2. All other provisions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
