RESOLUTION #071-2007
RECOGNITION OF SERVICE
RICHARD MANCHESTER
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, RICHARD MANCHESTER was appointed as a citizen member to
the Parks & Recreation Board on February 18, 1974; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD MANCHESTER has served the Parks & Recreation
Board dutifully for over 33 years; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD MANCHESTER was honored for his service on
February 9, 1999, with the naming of Manchester Hill Park in his honor; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD MANCHESTER has served his fellow citizens,
supported the Parks & Recreation Board, and was a friend to the Parks &
Recreation Department; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby recognize and appreciate the efforts and dedication to
the Parks & Recreation Board and the citizens of Muskego provided by Richard
Manchester.
