PCR2008060 ./PCR2008060_files/filelist.xml Resolution P.C. 060-2008 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 060-2007 APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL LAND DIVISION FOR THE BRODEL TRUST PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH ½ OF SECTION 31 (TAX KEY NO. 22283.997 / W216 S10921 CROWBAR DRIVE)   WHEREAS, On July 2, 2008 a Conceptual Plat Map was submitted by Harry Brodel for a seven (7) lot land division located in the South ½ of Section 31, (Tax Key No. 22283.997 / W216 S10921 Crowbar Drive), and   WHEREAS, Said property is zoned mostly A-1 – Agricultural District requiring minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet and the remainder of the property is zoned SW – Shoreland Wetland, and   WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan identifies this property as Rural Density Residential, and the proposal appears to meet said requirements, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting conceptual approval to split the current lot, which is about 62 acres in size, into six lots meeting the minimum A-1 zoning requirements and the 2010 Comprehensive Plan density requirements and one larger lot for possible future re-division, and   WHEREAS, The existing property currently has a principal dwelling and a few outbuildings on it and the bulk of the property is being used agriculturally, and   WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private water and the Public Works Committee may need to review this to determine if connection to municipal sewer will be required.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Conceptual Plat Map submitted by Harry Brodel for a seven (7) lot land division located in the South ½ of Section 31, (Tax Key No. 22283.997 / W216 S10921 Crowbar Drive).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if this concept ends up being followed through with, two CSMs or a subdivision plat would be required, based upon the number of lots.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, If CSMs are going to be completed then the large remnant parcel may not need to be shown if it is over 20 acres in size.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.    Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:     July 15, 2008 Defeated:   Deferred: Introduced: July 15, 2008 ATTEST:  Kellie McMullen, Recording Secretary
